Inside Out Home Staging offers a variety of affordable staging and re-design services for home owners and realtors. All of our services start with an in-home walk through at which time we will discuss the needs your home requires the most.

Initial consultation and Walk Through $150.00 and up.

Our Inside Out consultant will spend two hours with the home seller to discuss the needs of your home. We will assess and discuss what can be done to the home to make that first impression a lasting impression. We will end the consultation with a detailed report of further staging options.

Full Service Staging $280.00 for 4 hours

$500.00 for 8 hours

For homes requiring more than 8 hours, rate will be quoted in advance.

Inside Out will have a consultant re-design, de-clutter and de-personalize your home to give it a more universal appeal to get your home sold faster and for more moey.

We will play up the strong focal points of the home while down playing less desireable ones using furniture already in the home along with the addition of tropical plants and accessories to soften and liven up the exsisting home. We will provide a detailed summary of decorating ideas and a rescource guide for vendor references. Some additional services can be provided by Inside Out Home Staging.

Do It Yourself Staging $295.00

Inside Out offers this money savings plan to those who want to do all of the work themselves. We will provide a detailed report on all of the ideas that can change your home to model look, as well as giving you vendor recomendations and tips from the pros. Some additional services can be provided by Inside Out Home Staging.

Vacant Homes

If the home is partially or totally vacant, Inside Out can stage Vignettes in different rooms of the home to denote the use of function of a room. We can give an otherwise empty home enough personality to set it apart fromt he average home in mind of a prospective buyer.

Set Up Fee $400/00-$500.00 plus monthly costs for furniture and accessories.

We can furnish all rooms or just a few - You decide.

Decorating Consultation

Inside Out can include everything from color consulation, window treatment, lighting, accessory and furniture options for one room or more. Whether you want a plan for placement of your furniture in your home or revamping what you already own to create a new fresh and updated look, we can help.

Curb Appeal Landscaping

Inside Out can help you transform the outside of your home to give a great first impression. A buyer looks at your home that first time. Within 15 seconds buyers develop an attitude towards your hourse that is reinforced by everything they encounter.
